Lampshade Production Technician

Salary: £27,102.00 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 07:45 - 16:15, Monday to Friday 

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable person to join our company as a Lampshade Production Technician, creating handmade lampshades as part of the Accessories team. Full training will be given to the successful candidate, so no prior experience is necessary although fabric-handling skills would be advantageous. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of lampshade assembly to our high quality standards.
• Moving between production processes throughout the working week. 
• Team work and communication.
• Working at pace, to target.

As a key member of the accessories team, our ideal Lampshade Production Technician candidate will have strong team-working ability, strong communication skills and align closely with our company value of people-first in the way you interact with those around you. You will have a passion for excellence, a keen eye for detail and a high level of manual dexterity, with outstanding organisational skills. Sustainability is at the heart of our business and we are looking for a Lampshade Production Technician who is willing to make this part of their everyday thinking in their role.

About the Company
